Very friendly staff and great value food. You can build your own breakfast to give gluten-free options. The bacon in particular was wonderful

Chose this cafe as we were passing through on our way to Luton. Excellent choice. Lovely food, wide choice, friendly staff, very clean, would highly recommend.

This is my first time at Hatters cafe and my friends I’m not sure how many times however the food and the service are absolutely amazing and I could not fault any of the staff. When I say the food is amazing for the price it is way too good for the prices (which are extremely low might I add). Will be definitely be visiting here more often and found my new favourite spot to eat.They even feed a pigeon!Update 2 years later: still absolutely love this cafe and now everytime we are in Hitchin we go to Hatters. Service has not changed at all. Still incredibly affordable with amazing food.
